Roger Langford has over 22 years of experience working with home builders to implement strategic risk mitigation solutions. Early in Roger’s career as a Regional Sales Director, he focused on business development for PWSC’s warranty programs. Today, Roger serves as the Vice President of Sales for PWSC and as an officer of PWSC’s Risk Purchasing Group. Currently, Roger leads PWSC’s initiative to expand its offering of comprehensive and competitive insurance products.
Roger is also a NAHB Delegate, a contributor to the 4th edition of the NAHB Residential Performance Guidelines, a speaker at multiple events and conferences and a leading property and casualty producer.
For 30 years, PWSC has protected home builders and home buyers with groundbreaking solutions. As the housing market has changed and industry needs have evolved, so has PWSC. What began in 1995 as a small company primarily offering warranty administrative services to home builders has led to a complete line of programs for new homes and rental properties.
