Mike Smith ,

Mike has been building homes in Southwestern Idaho since 1999.  Currently a co-owner of Agile Homes, building about 65 homes per year in the production homes space, with over 750 homes delivered since 2011.  Mike co-founded Apex Land Group in 2018 to develop single family lots.  Since 2018, Apex has developed over 280 lots and currently on pace to develop over 100 lots per year.  Mike uses a mathematical approach to land development and risk analysis.
