- Managed over $2 billion in real estate assets – Oversight responsibilities included site selection, market analysis, underwriting, negotiations, investment committee packages, PSA’s, PPM’s, design/engineering, project schedules, land and infrastructure development, and property management.
- Chief negotiator for companies before federal/state/county/local governments - never lost a zoning case.
- Managed 2,000-acre master planned community and its $85 million infrastructure budget on behalf of six home builders.
- Executive responsible for managing relationships with government entities, brokers, landowners, zoning attorneys, land bankers, planners, lobbyists, public affairs firms, and contractors.
- Responsible for investor relations & communications, & oversight of land banking relationships.
- Managed planning, entitlements, & development of eight master planned communities with golf courses, lakes, community centers, commercial properties, water/wastewater treatment facilities.
- Managed the acquisition of 7,000 acres, $90 million debt/equity purchase.
- For an Arizona-based land acquisitions firm, acquired then managed planning, engineering & the entitlements of a 25,000-acre land portfolio, valued at $400 million.
- Executive management by property types include multi- and single-family residential, commercial, light industrial, & agricultural.

- Over 25 years of Government affairs lobbying/public relations management experience for noteworthy clients including: Major League Baseball, commercial real estate, land entitlements & development, renewable energy, venture capital, sand and gravel mining, oil & gas, highway contractors, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, data centers, aerospace & defense, cyber security, K-12 school districts, trade associations & non-profits.
