Carla Parker is the Co-Owner of Bay to Beach Builders, a premier Delaware custom
homebuilder with over 22 years of success. She specializes in financial management
and design, drawing on insights from top industry coaches and nationwide builder
collaborations.
Her business acumen was shaped early, working in her father’s homebuilding company.
Today, she leads Bay to Beach’s Administrative and Accounting departments, serves as
lead inspiration for model homes and design studios, and helps manage the company’s
homebuilding and rental businesses.
A dedicated mother, Carla’s two college-age children have grown up immersed in the
family business, carrying on the tradition of hands-on learning and entrepreneurship.
