Session Objectives:
- Foundation. Complete the Rockefeller Habits checklist to determine the baseline health of your company.
- Trust. Review how important trust is in establishing accountability.
- Assesses. Understand your relationship with accountability.
- Develop. Determine how to create functional, process, and systems-based accountabilities.
- Measure. Learn where and how to document and track accountabilities.
- Feedback. Provide open and honest feedback to get better and be better.
- Plan. Appreciate the importance of planning and effective communications on building accountability and achieving results.
Session Materials:
Various tools will be handed out at the event. Two great books will be provided to the first 20 session attendees including, “Mastering The Rockefeller Habits,” and “The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual and Organizational Accountability.”
